Unable to see system in the network after installing Quick Heal due to Firewall Protection

 

 Hi,


I am using Quick Heal. But whenever I keep Firewall Protection ON, my clients are unable to see the system in the network.


Any solution on this?

Hi Ganesh,


Kindly follow the below simple steps to resolve your concern.

> Open Quick Heal Application

> Click on Internet & Network option in Quick Heal Dashboard

> Click on Firewall Protection

> Click on "Configure" option towards Advance Settings

> Find Stealth Mode option under Network Profile Settings

Stealth Mode 

File and Printer Sharing  

 Home

OFF

ON

 Work

OFF

ON

 Public

OFF

ON

 Restricted

ON

OFF


> Make it Turned Off for the respective Network Profile
as per the above table -->Press ok

> Press Save Changes option to finish the configuration.

> Check the issue and get back to us if you need any more assistance.
