Product key not received after 20 hours of payment

Internet security was purchased for a 1 year subscription on an offer from HDFC bank. The amount was debited yesterday (20 hrs before) but there is no confirmation sent by your team, there is no email receipt, and there is no product key delivered.

I also paid Rs.199.00(Rupees one hundred ninety nine) only for Premium subscription through Google Play on 23 July, 2020 at 10:16 AM, the screenshot of which was sent to Quick Heal recently. But when I tap the Menu, I'm asked to upgrade to Premium. That's why I'm totally confused.

I purchased quick heal antivirus pro through your website for one year subscription. The amount was debited from my HDFC Bank account, but there is no confirmation received from your side. There is no email and product key delivered by you.
